"I have loved art and drawing for as long as I can remember. As soon as I got my first tattoo, I was hooked- not just on getting tattooed but I wanted to know everything about this industry. After spending many hours in the chair eventually getting my sleeve and side piece tattooed I knew that if I didn't at least try to get into this industry, I would forever regret it.
Fast forward several years later (and moving to another state and a grueling apprenticeship) and I love my job more every day. My clients have been truly amazing and help encourage and inspire me to try new ideas and push the boundaries of what I thought I could do. When designing tattoos and placing them on each person, I make it a point to take into consideration each persons unique shape and curves. I want these designs to become part of the person and work with their natural curvature. Even if a design may have a silly or cute context, I take each tattoo seriously and try my best to exceed my clients expectations.
Most of my portfolio you will see a lot of color....I love, love, love color tattoos. If you want black and grey though, do not be discouraged! I also do black and grey pieces and they make for a nice change of pace. My drawing career started with drawing black and grey portraits so it is something I am very familiar with and still enjoy.
In my spare time I enjoy watercolor painting, graphite and colored pencil drawings, figure and portrait drawing and painting, and sketching on my Ipad.
